We the long term and new residents of Currumbin are passionate and Value greatly our special place
Currumbin. We with the help of our Save Currumbin members, Friends of Currumbin and the Alliance,
we are passionately lobbying our Council to listen to ratepayers wishes. We also should be addressing the
State government, for putting stupid rules and regulations in place that will not work on this part of this Gold Coast. One size does not fit all! At last our councillors are listening to us, but we must all gather together,
to have a voice. We are the ratepayers and taxpayers, not them we have every right to have a say! This is
Australia not Russia! Governments and Councils do not necessarily know what is right for all of us! We have chosen to live in these areas, because of what they are now, we do not need Councils and Governments to
completely change them because of someones idea! Light Rail and high rise areas along the Southern Gold Coast will not work. One size does’nt fit all! Join all your like minded neighbours and fight for your rights. Speak Up!
