The City Plan is complex as it involves many documents and uses technical town planning language and concepts. Its just too hard for the man on the street to find out all the laws, where the changes are and then make a coherent submission on how those amendments or the City Plan itself as it is needs to be amended.

Have lived and worked Tweed/Gold Coast for 45 years…this is a holiday place as well so destroying our beaches with buildings will turn tourists away as well as upsetting locals with homes in the areas affected…the birdlife etc will disappear…heartbreaking
No more development in Currumbin please!
Please protect this beautiful place – one place that is not contaminated with high rise.
